<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD ~~y 19, 1969 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the Village Council of the Village of Rosevi1le, ~unnesota, was duly <br />held at the Vi llage Hall in said Village on Monday, the 19th day <br />of May 1969, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: ~fayor Moll, Councilmen <br />Grauel, Linebarger and Andesson <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Councilman Curley <br /> <br />Member Graue 1 then introduced and moved the adoption <br />of the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5113 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Rosevil1e has the following outstanding <br />improvement projects which need to be financed: <br /> <br />No. 67-39, 68-11, 67-37, 68-12, 68-24, 68-26, 68-30, <br />68-31, 68-36, 68-13 and 68-23; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at the present time the sale of bonds to finance the <br />above captioned improvements is not necessary due to funds currently <br />in reserve; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, that Projects Nos. 67-39, 68-11, 67-37, 68-12, 68-24, <br />68-26, 68-30, 68-31, 68-36, 68-13, 68-23 be temporarily financed from <br />the Water Sinking Fund and Sanitary Sewer Sinking Fund and provide for <br />interest payment of these projects to the Water and Sanitary Sewer Sinking <br />Funds at a rate of 6% per annu;1. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Anderson and upon a vote being taken the following <br />voted in favor of the resolution All present <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, THE SAID RESOLUTION was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />
