<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE <br />COUNCIL FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />The Village Council hereby deems it necessary and <br />expedient that the Village acquire permanent easements across <br />and under the properties described as follows: <br /> <br />TRACT NO. 1 <br /> <br />A strip of land 10 feet in width, 5 feet on the East <br />side and 5 feet on the West side of a line which is <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at the Northwest corner of the South- <br />west Quarter (SW~) of the Southeast Quarter (SE~) of <br />Section 10, Township 29, Range 23; thence East 448.66 <br />feet, more or less, along the South right-of-way <br />line of Trunk Highway 36; thence South 67.55 feet, <br />more or less, to point of beginning; thence South <br />95 feet, more or less, and there terminating. <br /> <br />A further temporary construction easement 7~ feet in <br />width on the East side and 7~ feet in width on the <br />West side of the afore described perpetual easement. <br /> <br />TRACT NO. 2 <br /> <br />A stri~ of land 10 feet in width, 5 feet on the East <br />side and 5 feet on the West side of a line which is <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at the Northwest corner of the <br />Southwest Quarter (SW~) of the Southeast Quarter <br />(SE~) of Section 10, Township 29, Range 23; <br />thence East 448.66 feet, more or less, along the <br />South right-of-way line of Trunk Highway 36 to <br />point of beginning; thence South 67.55 feet more <br />or less, and there terminating; <br /> <br />A further temporary construction easement 5 feet <br />in width lying North of the afore described per- <br />manent easement. <br />
