EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD MAY 26, 1969 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, ~unnesota, was held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the 26th day of May, 1969, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Anderson and the following were absent: None Councilman Curley introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 5116 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: 1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Oxford Avenue between Old County Road C and New County Road C by the installation of storm sewer, hot mix, curb and gutter has been filed with the Council on tv1ay 19, 1969, is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformity to Minn. Stats. Sec. 429.035. 2. The petition is hereby referred to the Public Works Director and he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Grauel and upon vote being taken the following voted in favor: All present and the following voted against: None WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
