<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF Ttffi VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD ~~Y 26, 1969 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />was held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the 26th <br />day of May, 1969, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen <br />Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Anderson <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Grauel introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5117 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that part of Josephine <br />Road not serviced by sanitary sewer by the construction of a <br />sanitary sewer service and to assess the benefited property for <br />all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to <br />Minn. Stats., Secs. 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Ch. 398, as <br />amended); <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to the Public <br />Works Director for study and that he is instructed to report to tile <br />Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a pre- <br />liminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and <br />as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with <br />some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as <br />recommended. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council this 26th day of May, 1969. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />) 55 <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting ~~ager <br />of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have <br />carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a <br />
