<br />RESOLUTION NO. 5119 <br /> <br />At a duly authorized meeting of the Village Council of Roseville. <br />Minnesota. the following resolution was moved and adopted: <br /> <br />RESOWTION <br /> <br />WHEImAS. plans for County Road C from Snelling Avenue to Oxford <br />Street (S.A.P. 62-623-08) showing proposed alignment. prOfiles, <br />grades and cross sections, for the construction of County State <br />Aid Highway 23 within the limits of the Village of Roseville. <br />as a State Aid project have been prepared and presented to the <br />Village of Roseville by the Ramsey County Engineer. <br /> <br />NOW. THEREFORE.
