<br />EXTRACT OF MINUT12S OF !vlEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD JUNE 9, 1969 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the 9th <br />day of June, 1969, at 7:30 o'clock P.rl. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor ~loll, Councilmen <br />Grauel, Linebarger, Anderson and Curley <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Grauel then introduced and moved the adoption of <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5121 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION A\'JARDING BID FOR IMPROVH1ENT P-68-13, FULlIAM <br />STREET <br /> <br />WHEREAS pursuant to advertisement for bids for Imnrovement <br />. . <br />P-68-13, according to the plans and specifications thereof on file <br />in the office of the Manager of said Village, said bids were <br />received on May 26, lSl69, at 11:30 o'clock a.m., opened and tabulated <br />according to law and the following bids were received complying WiUl <br />the advertisement: <br /> <br />Bidder <br /> <br />Amoun t <br /> <br />Orfei and Sons, Inc. <br />Walbon Excavating <br />Minn- Kota <br />Robert W.
