<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE. tvIINNESOTA - HELD JUNE 9, 1969 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />held in the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the 9th day of <br />June, 1969 at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll. Councilmen Grauel, <br />Linebarger. Anderson and Curley <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Anderson <br />moved its adoption. <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5122 <br /> <br />r~lEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 645.02 and 645.021, it is <br />necessary to obtain the approval of the local governing body for a <br />special local law and <br /> <br />11/HEREAS, the Village of Roseville has introduced a local bill relating <br />to the term of office for the Mayor of the Village of Roseville; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said local bill was recently passed by the Minnesota Le gis- <br />la ture and has been en ti tled "Chapter 30. Laws 1969." <br /> <br />N~~. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED BY Tflli VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE. <br />MI NNE SOTA <br /> <br />That approval be granted to Chapter 30.
