Minnesota. as follows. <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer I~provement <br />No. 2 as finally amended and adopted on November 9. 19~9. was <br />certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County and, <br />~~EREAS. a hearing on supplemental assessments. reassessments. <br />and apportionment of previous assessments in respect to Sanitary <br />Sewer Improvement No. 2 was held on December 6. 1960 and adjourned to <br />December 14. 1960 at which time assessments for Sanitary Sewer Improve- <br />ment No. 2 were amended as provided by said resolution of said date and <br />certified and filed in the office of the County Auditor of Ramsey <br />County on Oecember 29, 1960 and <br />
