<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE. MINNESOTA.. HELD JUNE 23 , 1969. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. a <br />regular meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall <br />in said Village on Monday, June 23 , 1969. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Mayor Moll, Councilmen <br /> <br />Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Linebarger <br /> <br />and the fOllowing members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following <br />Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5133 <br /> <br />A Resolution determining and authorizing the <br />Village Council for the Village of Roseville to vacate a <br />drainage easement no longer needed by the Village. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville has previously <br />acquired an easement for drainage purposes over land owned <br />by Mr. William H. Weitzman and legally described as: <br /> <br />Lots 6 and 7, Block 3, and Lots 5 <br />and 8, Block 3, Schmidts Hamline <br />Heights No.2, according to the <br />plat thereof on file and of record <br />in the office of the Register of <br />Titles, Ramsey County, Minnesota; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS1 said drainage easement is no longer <br />necessary because of the installation of storm sewers that <br />now accommodate the drainage for which the prior easement <br />was acquired. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE <br />COUNCIL FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE. MINNESOTA. AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />The Village Council hereby deems it proper that <br />its drainage easement be vacated over the following described <br />
