EXTRACT OF MINU'IES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOfA, HELD JUNE 23, 1969 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the Village tmll in said Village on Monday, the 23rd day of June, 1969, at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Anderson and the following were absent: None Member Curley introduced the following res$lution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 5135 WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Village Council on March 31, 1969, the Engineer has prepared plans and specifications for Storm Sewer Improvement 68-35 and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: 1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. 2. The Village Manager shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official newspaper an advertisement for bids upon the making of such improvement under such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement shall be published 10 days prior to the opening of said bids on July 16, 1969, at 11:30 a.m. in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall, and that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the Manager and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or certified check payable to the Manager for ten per cent of the amount of such bid. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Anderson and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor: All present WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
