<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD JUNE 23, 1969. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was held at the Village Hall in said village, on <br />June 23, 1969, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Anderson <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5136 <br />A RESOLUTION DETERMINING TO CALL A SPECIAL ELECTION <br />FOR THE PURPOSE OF DECIDING WHETHER THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />WILL ISSUE PRIVATE LIQUOR LICENSES AND FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br />DETERMINING WHETHER THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE WILL ISSUE SPECIAL <br />LIQUOR LICENSES AUTHORIZING LICENSEE TO SELL LIQUOR ON SUNDAY. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village <br />of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />It is hereby determined that it is to the best interests <br />of the Village that a special election be called for August 5, <br />1969, to give the electorate an opportunity to determine whether <br />or not the Village of Roseville will issue private liquor licen- <br />ses and further whether the Village will issue special liquor <br />licenses for Sunday sales as provided by Laws 1969, Chapter 1127. <br /> <br />The Village Manager is hereby authorized and directed <br />to cause notice of said election pursuant to law. Said notice <br />shall be in substantially the following form: <br /> <br />NOTICE OF SPECIAL ELECTION <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br />August 5~ , 1969 <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a special election has <br />been called and will be held in and for the Village of Roseville <br />
