<br />The Clerk shall provide each polling place with at least <br />two sample ballots arranged in the form of a diagram showing <br />such part of the face of the voting machine as shall be in <br />use at said election. Such sample ballots shall contain <br />suitable illustrated directions for voting on the voting <br />machine, and shall remain open to inspection by the voters <br />throughout the said election day. Virginia Binet <br />Grace Erickson Yvonne Buckley <br />After the polls close, the judges shall forthwith lock the <br />voting machines, read and announce the votes on the proposi- <br />tions submitted as shown on the public counter. The judges <br />shall thereafter enter the results on the statements of can- <br />vass, sign the certificates required by law, and deliver the <br />statements of canvass to the Village Manager. <br /> <br />The Council shall meet as a canvassing board on <br />August --6-, 1969, at 5:30 P.M. o'clock p.m. at the Village <br />Hall, to declare the results of the election. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolu- <br />tion was duly seconded by Member Linebar~~er , and upon a vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />-4- <br /> <br />All present <br /> <br />None <br />
