Form 2521 Rev. <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N NO. 5137 <br /> <br />At a (regular) (special) meeting of the Village Council of the Village <br />of Roseville duly h<?'ld on the 7th day of July , 19~, the follow- <br />ing Resolution was offered by Councilman Grauel <br />seconded by Councilman Linebarger to-wit: <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Commissioner of Highways has prepared preliminary <br />plans for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway Number 126 <br />renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 4q within the corporate limits <br />of the Village of Roseville ~ in the vicinity of Co.Rd.B2 <br />toe ; and <br />WHEREAS said preliminary plans are on file in the office of the <br />Department of Highways, Saint Paul. Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and <br />identified as Layout NO.2, S.P. 6214-21 (49=126) in the vicinity of <br />Co. Rd. B2 in Roseville and Little Canada <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS copies of said preliminary plans as so marked, labeled, <br /> <br /> <br />and identified are also on file in the office of the Village Clerk; and <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS the term "said preliminary pl~" as hereinafter used in <br /> <br />the body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer <br /> <br />to, and to incorporate the preliminary plans as in the foregoing recitals <br /> <br /> <br />particularly identified and described; <br /> <br />NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said preliminary plans for the <br /> <br />improvement of Trunk Highway Number 126 renumbered Trunk Highway <br /> <br />Number 49 wi thin the limits of the Village of Roseville be and <br /> <br /> <br />hereby are approved. <br />
