<br />EXTRACT OF HINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, HINNESOTA, HEID JULY 7, 1969 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br /> <br />Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the Village Hall <br /> <br />'" <br />in said Village on Monday, the 7th day of JUly, 19D9, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The follmving members "lere present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Linebarger, <br />Anderson, Curley and Grauel <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Curley <br /> <br />then introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />tbe following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5138 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REQUESTING RAMSEY COUNTY TO CONSTRUCT <br />FAIRVIEH AV&'\fUE AND RAMUNE AVENUE FROM <br />COUNTY ROAD B-2 TO COUNTY ROAD C IN 1970 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Village Council and the Ramsey County Board of <br /> <br />Cownissioners have previously taken steps to improve certain roads in the area of <br /> <br />and bounded by County Road B, County Road C, ffiualine Avenue and Fairview Avenue, <br /> <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Rosedale Shopping Center will be completed in the fall of 1969, <br /> <br />and Vlill generate large volumes of traffic, and, <br /> <br />HllEREAS, it is highly desireable that Fairview Avenue and Harnline Avenue <br /> <br />between County Road B-2 and County Road C be widened and upgraded, so that this <br /> <br />traffic can be handled in a safe and orderly manner. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of <br /> <br />Roseville, V~nnesota: <br /> <br />That the Ramsey County Board of COITilllissioners incorporate into their 1970 <br /> <br /><:~ons(,ruction program the improvement of Fairview Avenue and Hemline Avenue <br /> <br />beti-leen County Road B-2 and County Road C. <br />
