EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the city of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the eighth day of November, 1993, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: P. Johnson, Cushman, Goedeke, and Maschka and the following were absent: V. Johnson. Member Cushman introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9009 RESOLUTION AMENDING ASSESSMENTS FOR CITY PROJECTS 92-03 AND 92-25 BE IT RESOLVED by the council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: 1. The proposed assessments for 1992 improvements 92-03 AND 92-25 should be and are hereby amended as follows: PROJECT NUMBER PROPERTY DESCRIPTION ORIGINAL ASSESSMENT REVISED ASSESSMENT 92-03 Primrose Off. Bldg. 3101 Old Hwy. 8 05-29-23-21-0004 24,747.45 Reduced to 10,302.47 92-03 George Reiling 05-29-23-21-0007 73,841. 04 Reduced to 30,740.33 92-25 614 Company 2550 Walnut 08-29-23-23-0001 13,877.08 Reduced to 2,522.88 2. It is hereby found and determined by this Council that the foregoing amendments are just and equitable to said proposed assessment, and necessary to a fair assessment for payment of the cost of said improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Goedeke and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: P. Johnson, Cushman, Goedeke, and Maschka and the following voted against the same: None. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
