EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE_ MINNESOTA_ HELD JULY 22_ 1969 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof_ a regular meeting of ~he Village Council of the Village of Roseville_ Minnesota_ was duly held at the Village Hall in said Village on Tuesday_the 22nd day of July_ 1969, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Moll_ Councilmen Linebarger_ Anderson, Curley and Grauel and the following were absent: None Councilman Grauel then introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 5148 RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR I~WROVE~ffiNT NO. 68-35 WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for Improvement No. 68-35_ according to the plans and specifications thereof on file in the office of the ~hnager of said Village, said bids were received on July 16, 1969, at 11:30 o'clock A.M., opened and tabulated according to law and the following bids were received complying with the advertisement: Bidder Amoun t Lametti and Sons Dunkley Surfacing Nodland and Associates Barbarossa and Sons Walbon Excavating Robert W. fvloore $148,555.00 150_028.55 167_447.00 171,216.02 174,405.00 185,611.20 WHEREAS, it appears that Lametti and Sons of St. Paul, Minnesota, is the lowest responsible bidder at the tabulated price of $148,555.00. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota: 1. The fv~yor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Lametti and Sons, for the amount of $148,555.00 in the name of the Village of Roseville for Improvement No. 68-35 according to the plans and specifi- cations thereof heretofore approved by the Village Council and on file in the office of the Village Manager.
