<br />EXI'RACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD July 22, 1969 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and <br />held at the Village Hall in said Village on July 22, 1969 at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The fOllowing members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor ~,1o 11, Counci 1 men <br />Linebarger, Anderson, Grauel and Curley <br /> <br />and the following members were abse nt: None <br /> <br />Member Linebarger introduced the following Resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5151 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council on the 29th day of December, <br />1967, granted to the Villa Park Ski Corporation a franchise to operate a <br />ski tow in the Village of Roseville, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village has been requested by the management <br />of said corporation to have certain changes made in the Franchise Agree- <br />ment, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, certain property constructed by the Villa Park Ski <br />Corporation, to-wit: one tow house, has been destroyed by fire, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Village not to change the <br />term s of the franchise, save and except authorizing the Villa Park Ski <br />Corporation to deduct any real estate taxes or personal property taxes <br />from the gross profit in determining the net profit for the purpose of the <br />franchise, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Village to cooperate with <br />the Villa Park Ski Corporation to make a successful ski tow in the Village <br />of Roseville, but, it is further the intention of the Village Council not to <br />change any of the legal rights or obligations of the parties; <br />
