EXI'RACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD July 22, 1969 * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on July 22, 1969 at 7:30 p.m. The fOllowing members were present: Mayor ~,1o 11, Counci 1 men Linebarger, Anderson, Grauel and Curley and the following members were abse nt: None Member Linebarger introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 5151 WHEREAS, the Village Council on the 29th day of December, 1967, granted to the Villa Park Ski Corporation a franchise to operate a ski tow in the Village of Roseville, and WHEREAS, the Village has been requested by the management of said corporation to have certain changes made in the Franchise Agree- ment, and WHEREAS, certain property constructed by the Villa Park Ski Corporation, to-wit: one tow house, has been destroyed by fire, and WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Village not to change the term s of the franchise, save and except authorizing the Villa Park Ski Corporation to deduct any real estate taxes or personal property taxes from the gross profit in determining the net profit for the purpose of the franchise, and WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Village to cooperate with the Villa Park Ski Corporation to make a successful ski tow in the Village of Roseville, but, it is further the intention of the Village Council not to change any of the legal rights or obligations of the parties;
