EX'ffiACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD JULY 22, 1969 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on Tuesday, July 22, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Anderson, Linebarger, Grauel and Curley and the following members were absent: None Member Curley introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 5152 WHEREAS, Falcon Heights State Bank has offered and is willing to make a gift to the Village of Roseville, said gift being the installation of a plexiglass cover over the score- board and upper railing of the Municipal Ice Arena, and WHEREAS, it is the best interests of the Village of Roseville to accept said gift, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE AS FOLLOWS: 1. The gift of the Falcon Heights State Bank of a plexiglass cover over the scoreboard and upper railing of the Municipal Ice Arena of tile Village of Roseville, is hereby accepted. 2. The Manager is hereby instructed to communicate with the Falcon Heights State Bank by letter or otherwise to express the appreciation of the Village of Roseville for the generous act of the Falcon Heights State Bank. 3. Falcon Heights State Bank is also hereby authorized to post in the Municipal Ice Arena a sign indicating the nature and extent of the gift from the bank to the Village and the Manager is instructed to communicate this permission to the Falcon Heights State Bank.
