<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF ~lliETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD July 22, 1969 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and <br />held at the Village Hall in said Village on Tuesday, the 22nd day <br />of July, 1969, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen <br />Grauel, Linebarger, Curley and Anderson <br /> <br />the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Linebarger introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5153 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, ~~. Roger Gratiot, north suburban reporter for the <br />St. Paul Dispatch has covered the Roseville area news for approxi- <br />mately two years; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Gratiot has accepted a new position as editor of <br />the Stillwater newspaper; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY Ttffi VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />That appreciation be expressed to Mr. Gratiot for his fine and <br />commendable job in covering the Roseville area news; and that congratu- <br />lations and best wishes be expressed to him in his new position as <br />editor of the Stillwater paper. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Mayor Moll and upon a vote being taken the following voted <br />in favor of the resolution: All present <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, SAID RESOLUTION was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOfA) <br />) <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned being the duly qualified Manager of the <br />Village of Roseville, Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have care- <br />fully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a <br />
