<br />Extract of ~linutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br /> <br />Village Council oi' the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, <br /> <br />Hinnesota, on Monday, the eleventh day of August, 1969, a.c 7:30 o'clock, F.]\l. <br /> <br />l'he following merclbe:cG were present: Mayor Moll, Counei lmen Curley, <br />Anderson, Linebarger <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Councilman Grauel <br /> <br />Member <br /> <br />Curley <br /> <br />introduced the follovling resolution and its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. <br /> <br />5154 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REQu.8STING ENGINEERING Al'ID TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE <br />FROI~ TBl<; MINNESOTA HIGFvJAY DEPARTl,:O:;;NT <br /> <br />yvHEREAS, the Municipal Engineer for and on behlaf of the Village of <br /> <br />Hoseville, Minnesota, requests to obtain from the JvIinnesota Department of <br /> <br />High.mys, needed engineering and technical services during the year of 1969 <br /> <br />and, <br /> <br />~JHEREAS, payment ,viII be made by the Village of Roseville upon receipt <br /> <br />of verified claims from the Commissioner of Bigh,va;y's. <br /> <br />NOIv, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to statutory authority, <br /> <br />the Village of Roseville Municipal Engineer for and on behalf of the J<unicipa:U. ty <br /> <br />of Roseville, lIJinnesDt,-, is hereby authorized to request and obtain from the <br /> <br />lJJinnesoGa Department of Highways, needed engineering and technical services <br /> <br />eluring the year of 1969; for vlhich payment will be made by the Munici}Jality <br /> <br />upon receipt of verified claims from the Comm.issioner of Highvlays. <br />
