<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD AUGUST 11, 1969. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and <br />held at the Village Hall in said Village on August 11, 1969, at 7: 3 0 p. m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor ~1011, Councilmen Anderson, <br />Curley and Linebarger <br /> <br />a nd the following members were absent: Councilman Grauel <br /> <br />Member Anderson <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following Resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5155 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears in the best interest of the Village of <br />Roseville to enter into an Agreement with the Village of Falcon Heights <br />pertaining to the Hamline Avenue Watermain Improvement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and Manager are instructed to sign on <br />behalf of the Village an Agreement between Roseville and the Village <br />of Falcon Heights, copy of which is attached hereto I marked Exhibit <br />"A" , and made a part hereof. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Curley and upon a vote being taken, <br />the following voted in favor of the Resolution: <br /> <br />All present <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the said Resolution was declared duly passed <br />and adopted. <br />
