CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE <br />Notice is given that the PLANNING <br />COMMISSION will hold a meeting at <br />City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Dr., at 6:30 <br />p.m. on June 2, 2010 to consider: <br />PROJECT FILE 0017: Request by the <br />Roseville Planning Division to amend <br />the City's Official Zoning Map to be <br />consistent with the City's 2030 <br />Comprehensive Land Use Map. This <br />amendment effectively renames all <br />zoning districts/properties in Roseville <br />and is a requirement of State Law. <br />PROJECT FILE 0017: Request by the <br />Roseville Planning Division to consider <br />the proposed new Residential District <br />requirements. These proposed new <br />requirements will address the following <br />newly created zoning districts: Low <br />Density Residential 1 District, Low <br />Density Residential 2 District, Medium <br />Density Residential District, and High <br />Density Residential District. <br />PROJECT FILE 0017: Request by the <br />Roseville Planning Division to consider <br />the proposed new Commercial/Mixed <br />Use District requirements. These <br />proposed new requirements will address <br />the following newly created zoning <br />districts: Neighborhood Business <br />District, Community Business District, <br />Regional Business District, and <br />Community Mixed Use District. <br />(Roseville Review: May 18, 2010) <br />
