<br />cashier's check, bid bond or certified
<br />check, payable to the City of Roseville
<br />for five percent (5%) of the amount of
<br />the Base Bid, to be forfeited as
<br />damages in the event that the bid is
<br />accepted and the bidder shall tail to
<br />enter promptly into a written contract
<br />and furnish the required bond.
<br />Eech bid and all papers bound and
<br />attached thereto, together with the bid
<br />guarantee, shall be placed in an
<br />envelope and securely sealed therein.
<br />The envelope shall be so marked as to
<br />indicate the name of bidder and the
<br />project name and shall be addressed to

<br />either mailed, delivered by messenger,
<br />or submitted in person.

<br />WSB 8 Associates, Inc., 701 Xenia
<br />Avenue S., Suite 300, Minneapolis, MN
<br />55416. Proposal forms, specifications,
<br />plans and other contrect documents can
<br />be also requested by mail or
<br />purchased, upon receipt of a non-
<br />refundable deposit of $100 for each
<br />contract package to the office of WSB &
<br />Associates, Inc., 701 Xenia Avenue S.,
<br />Suite 300, Minneapolis, MN 55416.

<br />No bids may be withdrawn for a period
<br />of sixty (60) days from the date of
<br />opening of bids. The City reserves the
<br />right to reject any or all bids and waive
<br />informalities, and further reserves the
<br />right to award the contract in the best
<br />interest of the City.
<br />Minimum wage rates to be paid by the
<br />Contractors have been predetermined
<br />and are subject to the Work Hours Act of
<br />1962, P.L. 67-581 and implementing
<br />regulations.
