<br />Extract of ~inutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />state of rftnnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof} a regular meeting of the Village <br /> <br />Council of the Village of Roseville} Ramsey County, ~linnesota, was duly held in <br /> <br />the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, R03eville, ~linnesota, on Monday, <br /> <br />the eleventh day of August, 1969, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Hall, Counci lmen Cur ley, Anderson <br />and Linebarger <br /> <br />and the follui'ling were absent: Councilman Grauel <br /> <br />Member Linebarger <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5157 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPROPRIATION OF <br />MUNICIPAL STATE AID FUNDS TO C.S.A.H. PROJECT <br /> <br />\JHEREAS, it has been deemed adviseable and necessary for the Village of <br /> <br />Roseville to participate in the cost of a construction project located on C.S.A.H. <br /> <br />No. 23 within the limits of said municipality, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said construction plans dated <br /> <br />May 13 , 1969, has been approved <br /> <br />by the Department of Highways and identified in its records as S.A.F. No. 62-623-08, <br /> <br />and., <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVF~ that we do hereby appropriate from our Municipal <br /> <br />state Aid street Funds the sum of $ 72,399.65 to apply tOvTard the construction of <br /> <br />said project and request the COlmnissioner of llighways to approve this authorization. <br />
