EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, 26th day of April, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: Ihlan; Johnson; Roe; Pust; and Klausing and the following members were absent: none Councilmember Klausing introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 10805 RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT AMENDMENT FOR THE DESIGN OF THE TWIN LAKES AUAR SUBAREA I INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS WHEREAS, the City and WSB and Associates, the Consultant, entered into an agreement on June 9th, 2008, for the design of the Twin Lakes AUAR SubArea I Infrastructure Improvements. WHEREAS, the City and the Consultant desire to amend the original agreement pursuant to Section C of Exhibit A of the original agreement. WHEREAS, the City desires the Consultant to complete additional design services for the Twin Lakes AUAR SubArea I Infrastructure Improvements, and the Consultant desires to perform those services for the compensation and the terms described in the agreement amendment. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Mayor and the City Manager are hereby authorized and directed on behalf of the City of Roseville to amend the original agreement to include additional services as described in the agreement amendment, a copy of which said agreement amendment was before the City Council and which is made a part hereof by reference. The motion was duly seconded by Councilmember Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof Johnson; Roe; Pust; and Klausing; the following voted against: Ihlan; and the following abstained: none. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
