Form 2523 (4-69) RES 0 L UTI 0 N NO. 5159 At a (regular) (special.) meeting of the Villa.Re Council of the Village of Roseville duly' held on the.J..l.tll.day of August , 19~, the following Resolution waS offered by: , r,lemuer Anderson ; seconded by: ~,'1en1ber T.i n~h:l"",<pr , ; to-wit: WHEREAS the Commissioner of Highways has prepared plans, special provisions and specifications for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway Number 118 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 16 within the corporate limits of the Vil]a.Re of RosAvi 11 e from the T .H. 35W to the E. Corp. Limits ; and WHEF.EAS said plans are on file in the office of the Department of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as s _ p _ h2] 2-] 11 (16=118) ; and WHEREAS said special provisions are on file in the office of the Department of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled and identified as S.p. 6212-111 (J6=1l8) which, together with the Minnesota Department of Highways Specifications for Highway Construction, dated January 1, 1968, on file in the office of the Commissioner of Highways, constitute the specifications for said improvement of Trunk Highway Number li8 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 36 ; and , WHEREAS copies of said plans and special provisions as so marked, la.beled and identified are also on file in the office of the V~11aRe Clerk; and WHEREAS the term "said plans and special provisions" as herein- after used in the body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer to, and incorporate the plans and special provisions in the foregoing recitals particularly identified and described.
