<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSE- <br />VILLE6 MINNESOTA6 HELD December 1, 1961 <br /> <br />':~ ~c * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof6 a regular meeting of the <br /> <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville~ Minnesota6 was duly called and <br /> <br />held at the Village Hall in said Village on <br /> <br />December 1, <br /> <br />~ 1961~ <br /> <br />at 8:00 o'clock P. .M. The following members were present: Hayor Cedarholm, <br />Trustees Flanagan, Reinecke and HeGee <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: Trustee Shields <br /> <br />Member Flanagan <br /> <br />introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 516 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REDUCTION OF THE SPECIAL <br />ASSESSMENT LEVIED AGAINST THE FOLLOWING REAL ESTATE: LOTS <br />276 286 29" and 30" SHADY BEACH; and BLOCKS 3 and 4 WAGNER'S SECOND <br />ADDITION6 RAMSEY COUNTY6 MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF <br />ROSEVILLE6 MINNESOTA6 AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />The Village Council hereby approves a reduction in the special <br />assessment levied against the following real property" to-wit: <br /> <br />Lots 27, 286 29 and 30" Shady Beach6 and <br />Blocks 3 and 4 Wagner's Second Addition" <br />Ramsey COuntY6 Minnesota6 according to <br />the recorded plat thereof on file and of <br />record in the office of the Register of Deeds <br />in and for Ramsey COuntY6 Minnesota. <br />
