<br />Extract of' Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of RaL1sey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular llleeting of the Village <br /> <br />Counc:U of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota was duly held in <br /> <br />Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Hoseville, Minnesota, on Nonday, <br /> <br />the eleventh day of August , 1969, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />Tne following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor ~'1011, Councilmen Curley, <br />Anderson and Linebarger <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Member Linebarger <br /> <br />C oun ci 1 Dan Gr aue 1 <br />introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />Hesolution No. <br /> <br />5160 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO ACCEPTANCE OF CE~TAIN UTILITIES <br />IN TOLSTAD'S ROSEDALE ADDITION <br /> <br />'dlillliEJill, Norman Tolstad, the developer, has platted TOLSTAD' S ROSEnAU <br /> <br />ADDITION and ti1e:cein dedicated cel'tain streets, and pursuam to certain prol/i- <br /> <br />SiODS of Village Ordinance, has undertaken to construct and install sanitary <br /> <br />sewer and watermain in said streets within said plat as follows: <br /> <br />DRAPER AVENUE, east of Rosedale Avenue <br />VJESTWOOD CIRClE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Norman Tolstad has submitted and also made his request for aIJproval <br /> <br />and the final acceptance of said lltili ties by the Village of Rosevi.lle, and <br /> <br />WHEHEAS, the Village Public "\..Jol'ks Director has eX8rnined and inspected said <br /> <br />utilities and filed his cel'tificate indicating that the cot1.ltruction of said <br /> <br />utib_ties have been completed in accordance \{ith all the requiren:ents of the <br /> <br />Village Ordinance and reco~n2nds the acceptance of said utilities by the Village. <br />
