<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br /> <br />Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in <br /> <br />the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Sto Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />11th <br /> <br />day of August <br /> <br />, 196 9 <br /> <br />, at 7:30 o'clock PoMo <br /> <br />The following members were present: i,layor Moll J Councilmen Curley J <br />Anderson and Linebarger <br />and the following were absent: Councilman Grauel <br /> <br />r\leI~ber Linebarfler <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution Noo 5163 <br />RESOLUTION REU TING 'ID APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />REI.A TING TO SANITARY SEVIER IMPROVEMENT NO.-L <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minn- <br /> <br />esota, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement Noo -2- as <br /> <br />adopted on October 12, 1964 <br /> <br />, was certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey <br /> <br />County and since that date a number of parcels of property contained within said <br /> <br />assessment roll have been divided and conveyed, requires that apportionment of the <br /> <br />original assessment be made by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against <br /> <br />each parcel of property thereafter, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby <br /> <br />make the following apportionment of original assessment against the following <br /> <br />described properties: <br />
