<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of tbe <br />Village Council <br />Village of R:>seville <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br /> <br />Village Council of tbe Village of lbseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held in the Village HAll at 2701 North Lexington, St. Paul, <br /> <br />Minnesota, on Monday, the <br /> <br />11th day of <br /> <br />August <br /> <br />, 196.2....J <br /> <br />at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />Tbe following members were present: I,la.yor [,loll, COllncilmen Curley, <br />Anderson and Linebarger <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Member Grauel <br /> <br />Member Linebarger introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 516 S <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING ro APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />RELATING ro COUNTY ROAD B-2 STREET IMPROVEMENT 64-1 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Cbuncil of the Village of !bseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, tbe assessment roll for County !bad B-2 Street Improvement 64-1 <br /> <br />as finally amended and adopted on October 11, 1965, was certified to the <br /> <br />County Auditor of Ramsey Cbunty and <br /> <br />WHEREAS since that date a number of parcels of property contained <br /> <br />within assessment roll as amended bave been divided and conveyed by pre- <br /> <br />vious property owners and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that apportion- <br /> <br />ment of the original assessment against each original tract where it bas <br /> <br />later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the Village Council of the <br /> <br />( <br />
