<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE. MINNESOTA. HELD AID 1ST 11. 196i <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a <br />regular meeting of the village council of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall <br />in said village on August 11 J 1969 <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen <br />Curley, Anderson and Linebarger <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: Councilman Grauel <br /> <br />Member Linebarger introduced the following <br />Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. .5176 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of <br />Roseville adopted Resolution No. 2025 on February 19, 1968, <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council has been informed <br />by the Building Inspector that all of the dangerous <br />conditions existing which gave rise to the adoption of <br />Resolution No. 2025 has been abated so that said hazardous <br />condition no longer exists, <br /> <br />NOW,. THEREFORE.. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE <br />COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE.. AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The Village Attorney is hereby <br />instructed to dismiss the condemnation proceedings affecting <br />the following described real property in the Village of <br />Rosev~e, to-wit: <br /> <br />The East one half of the <br />West ten acres of the South <br />one half of the Southwest <br />one quarter of the Southwest <br />one quarter of Section 14, <br />Township 29, Range 23, Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota. <br />
