<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD <br />August 2S, 1969 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday the 25th day of <br />August, 1969, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen <br />Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Linebarger <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Linebarger then introduced and moved the adoption <br />of the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5177 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FOR AWARDING BID FOR IMPROVEMENT <br />NO. 68-23 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for Improvement No. <br />68-23, according to the plans and specifications thereof on file in <br />the office of the Village Manager of said Village, said bids were <br />received on August 21, 1969, opened and tabulated according to law <br />and the following bids were received complying with the advertisement. <br /> <br />Bidder <br /> <br />Amount <br /> <br />Houle Trenching & Sewer Co. <br />Marvin Rehbein Contracting <br />Erwin Montgomery Const. That the Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed <br />to enter into a contract with Houle Trenching and Sewer Company for <br />$52,222.12 in the name of the Village of Roseville for Improvement No. <br />68-23 according to the plans and specifications thereof heretofore approved <br />by the Village Council and on file in the office of the Village Manager. <br />
