<br />EXTRACT OF MINlITES OF MEETING OF 1HE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF TIIE VILIAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD <br />AlKJUST 25, 1969 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular reeting <br />of the Village COlmcil of the Village of Rosevi11e, Ramsey Cmmty, <br />Mirmesota, was duly held in the Village Hall, 2701 North Lexington <br />AvelUle, Rosevi11e, Minnesota, on Monday, the 25th day of August, <br />1969, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, COlIDcilmen <br />Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Linebarger <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />~mber Grauel <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5178 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that it is in the best interests of the <br />Village of Roseville to delay entering into an agreerent with the <br />County of Ramsey pertaining to the improvement of County Road C <br />fran Snelling to Oxford Street. <br /> <br />NOW, 'lHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No. 5156 be hereby <br />rescinded and revoked in its entirety. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Linebarger and upon a vote being taken <br />thereon the following voted in favor: All present <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNc~TA ) <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br />VILLAGE OF RDSEVILLE) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting <br />Manager of the Village of Rosevi11e, Ramsey County, Minnesota, do <br />hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and <br />
