<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESffiA, HELD <br /> <br />AU:;UST 25, 1969 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall, 2701 North Lexington <br />Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on f'.bnday, the 25th day of August, <br />1969, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen <br />Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Linebarger <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Grauel <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOUITION NO. 5179 <br /> <br />\~REAS, it appears that it is in the best interests of the <br />Village of Roseville to delay entering into an agreement relating <br />to appropriations of Municipal State Aid Funds an County Road C; <br /> <br />NOW, n-IEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TIlE VILLAGE CDUNCIL OF <br />THE VILLA.GE OF ROSEVILLE; <br /> <br />That Resolution No. 5157 is hereby rescinded and revoked in <br />its entirety. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Curley and upon a vote being taken <br />thereon the following voted in favor: All present <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />OOUNlY OF AAMSEY ) <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting <br />Manager of the Village of Rosevil1e, Ramsey County, Ivlinnesota, <br />
