<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. _~ / Y <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ray Kroiss Construction Company, as developer, has platted <br /> <br />KROISS WESTWOOD ADDITION PLAT 3, and therein dedicated the W 1/2 of a certain <br /> <br />street known as WOODBRIDGE STREET and has secured a Quit Claim Deed to the <br /> <br />Village of Roseville for the E 1/2 of said street, and pursuant to certain <br /> <br />provisions of Village Ordinance, has undertaken to grade and stabilize or <br /> <br />cause to be graded and stabilized said street and has duly filed its bond <br /> <br />for the completion of construction of said street within said plat, all as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />WOODBRIDGE STREET <br /> <br />from the North line of the SE 1/4 of SE 1/4 of <br />SE 1/4, Sec. 1 T29 R23, to County Road C 2 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ray Kroiss Construction Company has filed and also made known <br /> <br />its request for approval and the final acceptance of said street by the <br /> <br />Village of Roseville, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Engineer has examined and inspected said street <br /> <br />and filed his Certificate indicating that the construction of said street has <br /> <br />been completed in accordance with all the requirements of the Village Ordinance <br /> <br />and recommends the acceptance of said street by the Village, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Woodbridge Street from the North line <br /> <br />of the SE 1/4 of SE 1/4 of SE 1/4, Sec. 1, T29, R23, to County Road C 2 as <br /> <br />platted, deeded and constructed be and is hereby accepted by the Village of <br /> <br />Roseville as a Village Street and that Ray Kroiss Construction Company, <br /> <br />developer, and Anchor Casualty Company, bonding company, be and are hereby <br /> <br />released from any further liability for the construction and maintenance of <br /> <br />said street. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Village Council this J'~ <br /> <br />day of Oeee/?7be/( ,1961. <br /> <br />ATTE,srr <br /> <br /> <br />-'//./, <br /> <br />(' AI <br />... / //- <br /> <br />"/ <br />I~~~: <br /> <br />Clerk <br /> <br />
