EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE. MINNESOTA, HELD August 25, 1969 * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on ~ionday, the 25th day of August, 1969 at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Linebarger and the following members were absent: None Member Graue 1 and moved its adoption: introduced the following Resolution RESOLUTION NO. 5180 A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT" WHEREAS, It is proposed that Village of Roseville and Ramsey County enter into a cooperative agreement by the terms of which an improvement will be made to County Road "c" from the line of Snelling Avenue to the line of Oxford Said improvement to consist of widening, paving, right-of- way, and constructing concrete curb and gutter. The area proposed to be assessed is all of that property abutting County Road "C", said Resolution to be made pursuant to Minn. Stat., Sections 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended). NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE. MINNESOTA: That the proposed improvement be referred to Sherman Goldberg, Village Engineer, for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improve- ment is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
