<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA" HELD Augus t 25, 1969 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of <br />the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called <br />and held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday. the <br />25th day of August, 1969, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen <br />Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Linebarger <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Linebarger <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following Resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5181 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON <br />IMPROVEMENT. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted <br />August 25. ~ 1969, a report has been prepared by <br />Sherman Goldberg, Village Engineer, with reference to the improve- <br />ment of County Road "c" from the line of Snelling Avenue to <br />the line of Oxford by widening, paving, right-of-way, <br />and constructing concrete curb and gutter, and this report was <br />received by the Council on August 25 1969. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE. MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of such <br />street in accordance with the report and the assessment of <br />the abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of <br />the improvement pursuant to Minn. Stat., Sections 429.011 to <br />429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended) at an estimated <br />total cost of the improvement of $255,921.00. <br /> <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed <br />improvement on the 22nd day of September, 1969, in the Council <br />
