EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 22nd day of November, 1993, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: P. Johnson, Cushman, Goedeke, t-1aschka, and V. Johnson, and the following were absent: None. Member P. Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9015 RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDED AND REST A TED DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH RYAN TWIN LAKES LIMITED PARTNERSHIP BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota (the "City"), that the City hereby approves a Development Agreement to be entered into with Ryan Twin Lakes Limited Partnership (the "Company") relating to tax increment financing and authorizes the Mayor and City Manager to execute the Development Agreement on behalf of the City and to approve on behalf of the City revisions to the Development Agreement made prior to its execution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member Goedeke and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof; P. Johnson, Cushman, Goedeke, and V. Johnson, and the following voted against the same: None. Abstain: 1>1aschka. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
