EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF 1HE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF 1HE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNE9JTA, HELD AUGUST 25, 1969 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Cotmcil of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall, 2701 North I.exington Avenue, Roseville, Mirmesota, on Monday, the 25th day of August, 1969, at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Linebarger Mayor Moll, Councilmen and the following were absent: None Member Graue 1 and moved its adoption. introduced the follO\~ing resolution RESOLUTION NO. 5197 WHEREAS, the Council of the Village of Rosenlle finds it necessary to adopt a street assessment policy; NOW, lliEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville that the street assessment policy be as follows: 1. Concrete curbs and gutters will be installed in all street construction projects and the cost will be assessed against all abutting property. 2. Street re-construction projects will be done on a petition basis on residential streets. 3. Industrial, camnercial, multiple, and all tax exempt property will be assessed at a rate of 100 per cent of their assessable footage for street and curb and gutter. 4. The assessment rate for street projects, if any, to be applied against residential CR-l and R-2) property will be determined at the time theproject is up for consideration. The motion for the adoption of the fore going resolution was duly seconded by l'.1ember Linebarger and upon a vote being taken there- on, the following voted in favor: All present the following voted against same: None WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
