<br />Resolution No. .52 <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted October 6, 1953 <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the village on <br /> <br />July 27, 19.53, Ernest Markham of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, has <br /> <br />satisfactorily completed the improvement of Roma Street between the west <br /> <br /> <br />lane of Dunlap Street and the east lane of Fernwood Street in accordance <br /> <br />with such contract and <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said Ernest Markham performed additional work at the direction <br /> <br />of the village fer which said contract provided for additional compensation and <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said additional work is of the reasonable and agreed value of <br /> <br />Two hundred fifty-nine and 88/100 ($259.88) dollars. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIl. OF ROSEVILLE, MIWTESOTA: <br /> <br /> <br />That the work completed under said contract, together with said additional work is <br /> <br /> <br />hereby accepted and approved, and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Roseville clerk and mayor are hereby <br /> <br />directed to issue a proper order for the final payment on such contract taking <br /> <br />the contractor's receipt in full. <br /> <br />Adopted by the council this 6th day of October, 1953. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Clerk <br />
