...:--- AGREEMENT THIS AGREEMENT entered into by and between the VILLAGE ~F ROSEVILLE, a Municipal corporation, Ramsey County, Minnesota, hereinafter called "Village", and WILLIAMS BROTHERS PIPE LINE COMPANY, a Delaware corp~ration, hereinafter ca lIed "Company", WITNESSETH: In consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, Village hereby grants unto Company, its successors and assigns, a perpetual easement to construct, operate, maintain, repair and remove underground pipe lines and appurtenances with the right of ingress and egress on, over and across the following described land in Ramsey County, Minnesota: The South 60 feet of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NWt NEt) of Section 12, Township 29, Range 23, Except the East 82.5 feet thereof and Except the West 408.9 feet thereof. Ralnsey County, Minnesota Company agrees that after the exercise of any of its rights hereunder it will restore the land, as nearly as practicable, to its original condition. - Company grants to Village permission for the construction of a street on the South 30 feet of the easement herein described, provided paving for the street will not be placed over Company's pipe line or pipe lines. Company agrees to lower, at its cost, the three (3) exis~ pipe lines to permit the construction-of the street according to plans which have been submitted by the Village to Company. Village agrees not to construct any street over and above the pipe line or pipe lines save and except that for which permission is herein given and save and except for driveways which may cross the pipe lines from the street as an access to Acorn Park.
