<br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council (the "Council") <br /> <br />of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, <br /> <br />will hold a public hearing on Monday, January 24, 1994 at 7:30 <br /> <br />p.m., at City Hall, 2660 civic Center Drive, Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, relating to the creation of Tax Increment Financing <br /> <br />District No. 14 and the adoption of a Tax Increment Financing <br /> <br />Plan relating thereto, within Development District No.1, <br /> <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, section 469.174 through 469.179, <br /> <br />inclusive, as amended.
