Paul, Minnesota, on M:>nday, <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />15 <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />Se12tember <br /> <br />, 196L at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, <br />Anderson, Grauel and Linebarger <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Member Grauel <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5 20 8 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIOmmNT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />RELATING TO WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 64-7 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the V'lllage Council of the V'lllage of Ibseville, Minne- <br /> <br />sota as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Water Improvement No. 64-7 as finally a- <br />menGLed and adopted on October 11, 1965, was certified to the County Auditor of <br /> <br />Ramsey County and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels ot property contained within <br /> <br />said assessment roll as amended have been d1 vided and conveyed by previous pro- <br /> <br />perty owners and <br />
