<br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />N O. j- 2. / <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ray Kreiss Construction Company, as developer, has platted <br /> <br />KROISS WESTWOOD ADDITION PLAT 3, and therein dedicated the W 1/2 of a <br /> <br />certain street known as WOODBRIDGE STREET and has secured a Quit Claim <br /> <br />to the Village of Roseville for the E 1/2 of said street, and pursuant <br /> <br />to certain provisions of Village Ordinance, has undertaken to grade and <br /> <br />stabilize or cause to be graded and stabilized said street and has duly <br /> <br />filed its deposit for the completion of construction of said street within <br /> <br />and adjacent to said plat as follows: <br /> <br />WOODBRIOOE STREET from County Road C to the north line of SE 1/4 <br />of SE 1/4 of SE 1/4 of Sec. 1, T29, R23, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ray Kroiss Construction Company has filed and also made <br /> <br />known its request for approval and the final acceptance of said street <br /> <br />by the Village of Roseville, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Engineer has examined and inspected said street <br /> <br />and filed his Certificate indicating that the construction of said street <br /> <br />has been completed in accordance with all the requirements of the Village <br /> <br />Ordinance and recommends the acceptance of said street by the Village, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Woodbridge Street from County <br />Road C to the north line of SE 1/4 of SE 1/4 of SE 1/4 of Sec. 1, T29, R23 <br /> <br />as platted, deeded and constructed be and is hereby accepted by the <br /> <br />Village of Rbseville as a Village Street and that the deposit be returned <br /> <br />and that Ray Kroiss Construction Company, developer, be and is hereby <br /> <br />released from any further liability for the construction and maintenance <br /> <br />of said street. <br /> <br />SEAL <br /> <br />.Adopted by the Village Council this 9l~4:!:1 day of Dee E/J?6el? , 1961- <br />/----, <br /> <br />?5~/ZJ~ <br />
