<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF TIlE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD SEPTEMBER 15, 1969 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br /> <br />Council of Rosevi 11e, Minnesota, was held in the Village Hall at 2701 North <br /> <br />Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 15th day of September, <br /> <br />1969, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Hayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, <br /> <br />Anderson, Grauel, and Linebarger <br /> <br />and the following was absent: None <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. ~2l3 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR HEARING ON THE PROPOSED <br />ASSESSMENT FOR IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-68-30 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />that the proposed assessment roll for Improvement No.68-30 now on file and <br />open to public inspection in the office of the Village Manager, is approved, <br />and the Manager is directed to publish and mail notice that the Council will <br />meet to consider the proposed assessment on October 8, 1969, at the Village Hall <br />in the Village of Roseville, at 7:30 P.M. The notice shall state the date, time <br />and place of the meeting, the general nature of said improvement, the area pro- <br />posed to be assessed, that the proposed assessment roll is on file with the <br />Manager, and that written or oral objections thereto by any property owner will <br />be considered. It shall be published in the official newspaper of the Village <br />at least once, and shall be mailed to the owner of each parcel described in the <br />assessment roll, not less than two weeks prior to the date of said meeting. For <br />the purpose of such mailed notice, owners of said parcels shall be those shown <br />as such as of August 28, 1969, on the records of Data Processing, Ramsey County. <br />Every property owner whose name does not appear on such records (other than owners <br />of property which is tax exempt or is taxed on a gross earnings basis) shall be <br />deemed to have waived such mailed notice unless he has requested in writing that <br />Data Processing, Ramsey County, include his name on the records for this purpose. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br /> <br />by Member Anderson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br /> <br />favor thereof: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
