<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, <br />HELD ON DECEMBER 13, 1993 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of <br />the City ofRoseville, Minnesota was dilly called and held at the City Hall, in said City <br />on the 13th day of December 1993. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Goedeke, P. Johnson, Maschka, <br />Cushman, and V. Johnson; and the following members were absent: none. <br /> <br />Member Cushman introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90 16A <br /> <br />RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF A <br />DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after two weeks published and posted notice, the City Council held <br />a public hearing to determine whether, or not right-of-way and certain drainage and <br />utility easements in the City of Roseville should be vacated, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that by reason of changes in the use of surrounding land, <br />it would be beneficial to the public interest to vacate said right-of-way drainage and <br />utility easement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville hereby vacates the right-of-way and <br />drainage and utility easement as follows: <br /> <br />All that part of Lot 1, Block 1, THE PALISADES PARK, which lies northerly <br />and northeasterly of a circular curve concave to the south and southwest having <br />a radius of 3579.80 feet which passes through a point on the most northerly line <br />of said Lot 1 distant 19.08 feet easterly from the most westerly comer in said <br />modt northerly line and a point int ehe asterly line of said Lot 1, distant 3.00 feet <br />southerly from the most easterly comer in said most northerly line the radius of <br />said circular curve bears South 12 degrees 09 minutes 04 seconds west from the <br />
