'"f ";J <br />) ."- ,:"i.',....... <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT <br />OF ASSESSMENTS <br />AS TO SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 1 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of <br /> <br />Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement <br />No.1 as finally amended and adopted on October 4, 1957, was <br /> <br />certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments, <br /> <br />and apportionment of previous assessments in respect to Sanitary <br /> <br />Sewer Improvement No.1 was held on July 11, 1958 and adjourned to <br />July 24, 1958 at which time assessments for Sanitary Sewer Improvement <br /> <br />No. 1 were amended as provided by said resolution of said date and <br /> <br />certified and filed in the office of the County Auditor of Ramsey <br />County on September 5, 1958 and <br />
