<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE. MINNESOTA. HELD SEPTEMBER 22, 1969 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of <br />the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called <br />and held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the <br />22nd day of September, 1969. at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen <br />Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Linebarger <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Grauel <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following Resolutior <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5221 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF <br />PLANS. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a Resolution of the Village Council adopted the <br />25th day of AlIgJl~t , 1969, fixed a date for the <br />Council hearing on the proposed improvement of County Road "c" <br />from the line of Snelling Avenue to the line of Oxford <br />by way of widening, paving, obtaining right-of-way and constructin~ <br />concrete curb and gutter, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, ten days' published notice of the hearing through <br />two weekly publications of the required notice was given and the <br />hearing was held thereon on the 22nd day of September, 1969, at <br />which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity t< <br />be heard thereon, <br /> <br />NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE <br />OF ROSEVILLE. MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the <br />Council resolution adopted August 25 , 1969. <br />
