Extract of Ivunutes of l1eeting of the Village Council Village of Roseville County of Rmnsey state of Vunnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Hoseville, Ramsey County, I,linnesota, lvaS duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, rlinnesota, on Monday, che ~\lenty-nineth day of September, 1969, at 7:30 olclocl: P.I,)' The follo,,;ring menbers vlere present: Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Linebarger and the follovring vrere absent: Mayor Moll introduced the follol,;rtng resolution and Member Grauel moved its adoption: Resolution No. 5222 RESOLUTION REIJ'iTING TO ACCEPTANCE OF A CE:RTAIN STREET IN THE ED BOSSi\,RD i'J)DITION NO. 3 HHE:RE;i\,S, Rose Realty Company (Bossard Construction Company), as developers, have platted BOSSARD i'J)DITION NO. 3 and therein dedicated certain streets, ani pursuant to certain provisions of Village Ordinance, have undertaken to grade, stabilize surface and construct concrete curb and gutter ,vi thin said plat as follOllS : COHANSEY BOULEVARD from County Road B to 678 feet north. WHEREf,S, Rose Realty (Bossard Construction CompanJr) has filed and also made their request for approval and the final acceptance of said street by the Village of Roseville through a letter from Banister Engineering Company, dated September 24, 1969, and HHEREAS, the Village Engineer has examined and inspected said street and filed his certificate indicating that the construction of said street has been completed in accordance vrith all the requirements of the Village Ordinance and recommends the acceptance of said street by the Village.
