EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA HELD - September 29, 1969 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Rosevil1e, Minnesota, on Monday the 29th day of September, 1969, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. The following members were present: Acting Mayor Curley, Councilmen Grauel, Linebarger and Anderson and the following was absent: Mayor Moll Member Grauel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 5224 WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Ramsey County by resolution dated August 25, 1969, classified as nonconservation land, certain land lying within the limits of the Village of Roseville; and WHEREAS, a certified copy of the classification resolution together with a list of the land classified has been submitted for approval of the classification and sale of the land classified in accordance with MSA, Section 282.01, Sub. 1; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the classification of the land shown on said list as nonconservation land and the sale thereof be and hereby is approved; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Village Clerk be and hereby is authorized to file a certified copy of this resolution in the Office of the Land Commissioner. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Linebarger and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: All present and the following voted against same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
